Willow Acres is a beautifully designed space that is a blank canvas to create an individualized experience that showcases your love and personalities. We strive to create a personal connection with each of our couples to provide a seamless flow throughout the planning process and to ensure that we are a team that you can trust. At the end of the day, we want to bring to life the day that you’ve always dreamed of. After all, you deserve to be a guest at your own event.
Located in Middletown, Indiana, we are situated on 10 acres of land that is just off the beaten path. With no extra traffic noise and city lights, the stars from the sky give light to the outdoor space.
Our location conveniently provides the perfect distance from surrounding metropolitan areas and just 20 minutes to I-69!
Lining the driveway are towering weeping willows that frame the entrance, a dreamy first impression for you and your guests. A sprawling 10 acres of land offer an endless amount of visionary ideas for your dream event while whimsical bistro lighting is strung across the venue hosting a romantic gesture that awaits the presence of dancing.
We are Doug and Pam, married for 37 years and have 4 wonderful children together. Pam’s parents owned a floral shop for 22 years, so a strong work ethic and customer service were instilled in her at a very young age. Her love for decorating and hosting large gatherings has only blossomed through the years. Doug has served the city of Indianapolis as a fire fighter for over 36 years, in addition to being a talented craftsman and has built the property’s custom tables, beautiful swing, pergola, and wedding wall.
With Pam’s keen eye for design and for Doug’s ability to bring it all to life, Willow Acres Venue exists because we chose to chase a small dream. Our hope is that we are a meeting ground for family and friends to come together to celebrate a union, love, and life’s small moments.
From charming, vintage chairs to hand-crafted farm tables, we have made it our promise to provide you the materials you need to bring your vision to life.
